Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only.

More locations will be added soon.

Processing and Dispatch

- All orders of stocked products are processed within 3 - 5 business days pending payment verification.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed,especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

- Delivery times may vary based on location

- Orders are mainly shipped by NZ Post. To view estimated shipping times you can check the NZ Post website.

- Once your order has been individually checked by our team and dispatched for delivery, we will send the tracking number so you can follow your purchase on the NZ Post website.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- Our current rates are as follows:

 Auckland

  • $7.50NZD flat rate Auckland shipping (non-rural)
  • $12.50NZD flat rate Auckland shipping (rural)
  • FREE shipping for Auckland orders over $79

 North Island

  • $12.50NZD flat rate North Island shipping (non-rural)
  • $18.00NZD flat rate North Island shipping (rural)

South Island

  • $23.00NZD flat rate South Island shipping (non-rural)
  • $28.50NZD flat rate South Island shipping (rural)

*Oversized delivery charges will be applied to any large items (as determined by Paws Up in its sole discretion) in your order and reflected at checkout.

- All product prices are displayed in $NZD unless stated otherwise and shipping is additional.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
